1 General Provisions and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the apk8d platform and all related services. By accessing the apk8d website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

apk8d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. These Terms apply to Bangladeshi players and are governed by Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on the apk8d platform. This platform is not available to individuals between the ages of 18 and 20. We take a strict stance against underage gambling and take all necessary measures in this regard.

2.2 Account Creation

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

apk8d reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This may require submission of necessary documents (national ID card, passport, or other valid identity documents). Withdrawals or other activities may be suspended if verification is not completed in a timely manner.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login information (username and password) completely confidential. apk8d will never ask for your password by phone or email.

• Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Sharing your account with third parties is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold.
• Playing or placing bets on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

If account misuse is established, apk8d reserves the right to forfeit the balance and permanently close the account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at apk8d is ৳500. We accept deposits through the following methods:

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless separately approved otherwise.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To claim this bonus, a qualifying first deposit must be made. To withdraw the bonus amount, the combined total of the original deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times (25x wagering requirement).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; if not used within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will result in cancellation of the bonus and suspension of the account.
• apk8d reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• The wagering contribution of bonuses may vary for certain games.

5.3 VIP Program

The apk8d VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and engagement with the platform. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 1.0%, and the Gold tier up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on apk8d are powered by software from world-class game providers that use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely random and unbiased.

• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other technological advantage is prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to gain a gaming advantage will be considered cheating.
• Winnings obtained as a result of a technical error will not be considered valid.

In the event of a breach of these rules, apk8d may cancel the account and withhold any funds held.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating an account by providing false information.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other players.

• Fraudulently claiming bonus benefits.

If such activities are detected, apk8d reserves the right to immediately close the account and notify the relevant authorities.

During the dispute resolution process, the relevant account or funds may be temporarily held.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms is the original document. If a translation in any other language is provided for informational convenience only, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

13.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be effectively modified. The remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between apk8d and the user. Any previous oral or written agreements are superseded by this agreement.
